Eligibility for Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Digital products or downloadable software
- Custom-built or personalized services once work has commenced
- Items marked as final sale
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@minalwebs.com.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
