1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services Provided MinalWebs provides professional web development and digital services. All service details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a mutual agreement or proposal prior to commencement of work.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full or partial payment (as agreed) is required before work begins.
  • All prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
  • Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property All work produced by MinalWebs remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.

6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability MinalWebs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms MinalWebs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
